Privacy Statement
This privacy statement is intended to inform the users of this website about the type, range and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operated by seeger solutions. The website operator takes your privacy very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal regulations. Since new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this privacy statement, we recommend that you read this privacy statement again at regular intervals. Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 DSGVO.

Usage
The use of our website is generally possible without providing any personal data. Wherever personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security risks. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Access Information
We, the website operator or page provider, collect website access data on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged as such:

  • Visited website
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of sent data in bytes
  • Source/link from which you came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system
  • IP address

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of fraud. If data must be kept for reasons of proof, these are excluded from deletion until the case is finally resolved.

Range Tracking & Cookies
This website uses cookies for pseudonymised range measurement, which are transmitted either by our server or the server of third parties to the browser of the user. Cookies are small files that are stored on your personal device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies enhances the user-friendliness and security of this website. If you do not want cookies to be stored on your personal device, you can object to the use of these files here:

Common browsers provide the option to disable cookies. Note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without limitations if you make the appropriate settings.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data
The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data includes all information which serves to determine your identity and which can be traced back to you - for example your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, in order to improve our online services, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. The anonymisation of the data does not allow conclusions to be drawn about you personally.

Google Analytics
On the basis of our reasonable interests to optimise and analyse our online services, this website uses the service "Google Analytics", which is offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. of the German Data Protection Act. The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" - text files which are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by these cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google LLC complies with European data protection laws and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement:

On this website IP anonymization is used. The IP address of the website visitors is abbreviated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and then shortened there. By this abbreviation the personal reference of your IP address is omitted. As part of the agreement on the commissioned data processing, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to compile an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services associated with Internet use. The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online services by individual users, e.g. to create reports on the activity on the website to improve our online services. You have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, it is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without any restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies. Furthermore you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc. The following link will lead you to the corresponding plugin:

Alternatively, by clicking on this link, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you within this website. By clicking on the above link you will download an "Opt-Out-Cookie". Your browser must therefore allow the storage of cookies for this purpose. If you delete your cookies on a regular basis, you will need to click the link again each time you visit this website.
